Granola Parfaits

Granola is really good to eat for breakfast with milk, but it is even better when made into yummy parfaits.  We wanted to have a good breakfast at my cooking slumber party, so I picked these.  All my friends loved them.  We used blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries.  You can use any fresh fruit that you like.  You can make homemade granola, too, or you can buy it already made.

Ingredients and Equipment Needed:

2 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, or substitute lemon yogurt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
4 cups granola
4 cups mixed berries
granola, for garnish
fresh berries, for garnish
mint leaves, for garnish

Measuring Cups
Measuring Spoons
Rubber Scraper
Bowl to mix the sour cream and yogurt
Colander to wash and drain the berries
Small knife to slice the strawberries
Pretty parfait glasses to serve
Scissors to cut the mint from the garden
